I agree. Criminal behavior is still criminal even though the man does not want to enforce the law. The law has not changed. The very reason we have a representative democracy with checks and balances is to prevent this sort of royal decree. The only way immigration reform can be done right is through the old “how a bill becomes a law” process. Deciding to not enforce the law at a Federal level massively undermines our police and Sheriffs/Deputies on the street
