ICE Union head calls for congressional investigations into administration’s ICE policies
“With regard to our government in general, I mean right now, that’s our problem with our immigration system,” National ICE Council President Chris Crane said. “[The problem] is not our immigration system, it’s our government, and it’s the ability of a president of the United States to ignore the laws enacted by Congress.”
“And it doesn’t matter what type of legislation we pass, until we address that problem, we will never have an immigration system that works,” he added. “As long as one person can act like a dictator and ignore the law and make his own laws through policy, we will never have a system that works.”
“There is no more of a clear cut case in our country of the president overstepping his authority, ignoring the law, ignoring the Constitution, than the president’s ordering of ICE agents not to enforce U.S. immigration law,” he said. “Yet we have no investigations from Congress into this whatsoever.”

Thank you Mr. Crane for speaking the truth! For ICE/Border Patrol–it’s their job to enforce our laws only the regime won’t let them and the wimpy Congress won’t demand that they be allowed to do their jobs. For the regime and for Congress, immigration reform isn’t about actual reform–it’s about pandering to groups of future voters–period! If anyone in Congress was truly concerned about our country’s immigration system, they’d be shouting from the top of the Capital dome demanding that the CURRENT/EXISTING laws be enforced–but they aren’t because they all think they need to kowtow to the “law breakers” so that they will vote for them in the future!
As “LEGAL” citizens–we demand that ALL legal laws (not those unconstitutional EO’s) be enforced to the max–let ICE/Border patrol do their job! We stand with you Mr. Crane–thank you for standing up for the laws of this country!
WELL SAID!!!! No change in immigration law should ever be considered until the country can demonstrate they have the will to enforce the law. Many presidents, Democrat or Republican, have allowed the problem to grow by turning their head the other way while the liberal agenda has whittled away at citizen’s rights while increasing the rights of illegal aliens. Obama, however, has taken it to a new level by actively refusing the laws and replacing them with his own policies. Obama disrespects the U.S.A. and it’s citizens at every turn.
