I also heard this morning that if someone is perusing the ObamaCare website and puts a “plan” in their shopping cart but never checks out or pays for it, the government is going to consider that and “enrollment” in order to boost their ObamaCare participation numbers! Can you imagine if Apple or Amazon counted in their sales figures everything potential customers had in their shopping baskets that they never ending up purchasing?? There would be a DOJ fraud and rackateering investigation and CFOs would go to prison!!
