‘THE VIEW’ WON’T RENEW CONTRACT OF ELISABETH HASSELBECK, DEEMED TOO ‘RIGHT-WING’

by on March 8, 2013

A syndicated talk show willing to put up with 9/11 truther Rosie O’Donnell is parting ways with its lone conservative voice.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck, who routinely battles her liberal peers on The View, won’t be offered a new contract. The news follows word that fellow longtime View co-host, Joy Behar, is also leaving the program.

Behar’s parting is the comedienne’s idea, while the show’s braintrust decided to end its ties with Hasselbeck. Seems she’s turning off the show’s base, according to Us Magazine.

“The viewers they polled all said she was too extreme and right-wing,” a show insider whose name was not reported told UsMagazine.com about Hasselbeck Friday. “People did not watch the show because of Elisabeth. So they told her yesterday her contract would not be renewed.”

Will The View hire a rock-ribbed conservative to take Hasselbeck’s place, a RINO-esque celebrity to feign a modicum of balance or simply go all-in on the program’s liberal agenda?

Would love for Sarah Palin to own that show. The commie hags wouldn’t know what hit them!

I don’t believe that BS poll for one second. She’s a moderate republican surrounded by four far left hags who get much more mouth time than Elisabeth. She’s not turning away viewers, ABC just wants to have another Obama echo chamber. Look for MO to take the spot as soon as Barry is out of office – if not sooner.

The watchers of the Spew are mostly angry, ugly, left wing women, and fruity men anyway. Elisabeth’s too good looking for the mud fence crowd of permissive women. And probably the reason they aren’t asking her back. She’s too pretty and wholesome.
