Can the Federal Government do whatever it wants?

by on January 28, 2013
Thank goodness for the Bill of Rights! Alexander Hamilton thought it was clear the Federal government’s *default* position was the *absence* of power and he was wary of adding further specific restrictions of federal power. Thank the LORD he did otherwise many of our freedoms would long ago have been oppressed by an overreaching elitist government class!

For all of you clowns in Delaware (ask yourself- did I vote for Obama? If yes, then this applies to you),

FEDERAL POWERS ARE INTENDED TO BE FEW AND DEFINED (Federalist No. 45)
