Left-Wing Recall Effort Fails in Wisconsin

The recall effort against Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker failed Tuesday evening as both conservative Governor and Lieutenant Governor Rebecca Kleefisch have defeated their respective challengers Tom Barrett and Mahlon Mitchell. The recall was spurred by Big Labor’s ire after Walker implemented reforms to rein in state spending, but Tuesday’s election showed citizens of Wisconsin are satisfied with the conservative Governor’s reforms.
