Walker would be a very weak attempt at a third party spoiler. And probably once his views came out, he’d take votes from Fauxbama! In order for the Repub vote to be splot, the third party clown would need to be Trump at best, Ron Paul at worst. Look at the idiots in Maine who gave Paul such a large percentage of their primary votes.
