Holder has demonstrably failed to comply with the congressional subpoena House oversight committee chairman Rep. Darrell Issa served him on Oct. 12, 2011. Holder has failed to comply with all 22 categories of the subpoena that demands he provide documents related to Operation Fast and Furious. With 13 of the categories, Holder has provided no documents whatsoever. When it comes to the other nine subpoena categories, Holder is still far from compliant, as TheDC reported late last week. |

Hahahaha…..Cummings is exactly right. This is a right-wing political witch-hunt. There are no documents to produce and no evidence whatsoever of any wrongdoing. Issa will be back to stealing cars before this one is resolved.

This is the simple FACT of the matter, both Holder and his boss, Barry Soetoro, are criminals. And as long as they walk the street free, we are no longer a nation of laws. It is unjust to not apply the law equally. This means NO ONE is above the law. The President ordered this idiotic plan because the statistics did not agree with his political agenda. The FACT is the vast majority of guns in Mexico came from China and Central America. This plan was hatched to create crisis that they could “solve” by restricting our right keep and bear arms. There are two huge problems that Barry wasn’t smart enough to understand. 1) What he ordered was illegal and he IS an accessory to murder now … and 2) The 2nd amendment … A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS, SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED … Is unambiguous and ANY law restricting guns is unconstitutional. That is a fact and ANYONE who argues otherwise can’t read and is a moron. All laws that restrict an American’s right to buy, keep and/or carry a gun are ILEGAL! The only LEGAL way to restrict guns in America is to change the constitution. And if you tried to do that, you would have a HUGE problem on your hands.
Holder is desperate to keep these documents hidden because they will implicate both Holder AND Obama in the cover-up.
