This guy apparently wants poor people dead in the street, because that’s what’s gonna happen if these poor folks don’t have a cell phone! Women and minorities will be hardest hit. They have a limit of 8 cells per person, and they should get all 8 as they gots big families to stay in touch with. And if my man Obama wants to pay my cell bills it ain’t no boodies business accept between me and the O Man!
