So it isn’t hard to understand why the progressives would visualize a Supreme Court ruling against ObamaCare as “unprecedented.”

Has to be an uprising in elected offices at the local level. ‘All politics are local’ and local politicians roll up to higher offices and become influential policy makers. Only way to effect change is to run for office and write change into law.
The Constitution is a conservative document thats demands to be defended. The oath is to defend the constitution itself not some leftist occupy-idiots right to crap on a police car. Obamacare will spend this country into oblivion, excessive spending is NOT CONSTITUTIONAL because it threatens the constitution itself . Congress has the power of the purse but not the power to destroy the the country, which is exactly what is happening with this excessive debt and spending.
