An assault on the legitimacy of the Supreme Court is an assault on the Constitution itself. Ever heard of checks and balances? The President nominates justices and the Senate confirms. Congress regulates the judiciary. The whole idea is to limit power grabs by one or more branches of the federal government. Fauxbama’s way out of line demeaning SC Justices as ‘unelected.’ The man has about as much class as McChelle’s leopard print toilet seat covers.
