“Unelected judges?” They are Justices on the United States Supreme Court- nominated by the President and confirmed by the Senate, the ultimate in checks and balances.
Obamacare cannot function without the individual mandate because it’s not cost effective enough to stand on its own. It’s another government sh** sandwich and forcing everyone to take a bite is not going to make it more palatable.
Further, since we have a screwed up tax code that burdens the earners and rewards the takers, not everyone is being forced to take a bite of the sh** sandwich, just those of us who already carry the water for everyone else.
The Solicitor General has no solid facts to build his case so he attacks the credibility of the Judiciary. I would exoect nothing less from the Fauxbama admin!
