I gave a budget to the congressman..
He put it on his stack..
Bright & early next morning..
He brought my budget back! 😦
They wrote upon it:
‘RETURN TO SENDER’…
Funding unknown…
No such authority…
No more loans!…
We had a quarrel…
I partisan attacked…
I’ll never say ‘I’m sorry’, 😦
& Conservatives better watch their backs!
So then I dropped it in the mailbox..
& sent McCain with a plea..
Bright & early next morning..
He came right back to me 😦

This time I’m gonna take it myself..
& put ‘a shutdown’ right in their hands..
& if it comes back, the very next day..
