Obama was born in Hawaii, as his birth certificate from Hawaii, and the confirmation of the officials of both parties, and the Index Data and the birth notices sent to the papers in 1961 by the DOH of Hawaii all prove.
The meaning of Natural Born Citizen refers to the PLACE of birth, not to the parents of a US-born citizen. The term comes from the common law, not from Vattel.

Agreed about the definition of a natural born citizen; however, let’s see the evidence. “Confirmation by officials” is about as reliable as Bill Clinton stating he never had sex with Monica Lewinsky. If so, the government of Kenya has denied it:
“Jon Chessoni, a first secretary at the Kenyan Embassy in Washington, can’t understand why his office gets so many baseless questions about whether Barack Obama was born in Kenya.
“It’s madness,” said Chessoni on Monday. “His father, in 1961, would not even have been in Kenya. When this matter first came up, the Kenyan government did its research and confirmed that these are all baseless claims.””

And the government of Hawaii has said that there is a birth certificate that shows that Obama was born in Hawaii, in Kapiolani Hospital. That is further confirmed by the birth notices sent to the newspapers of Hawaii by the DOH of Hawaii in 1961.
Oh, the Kenyan government denied it? Well then, that settles it!
oh boy, let’s hope so! I want him jailed for TREASON and any laws he signed to be considered null and void
and his SCOTUS appointees will have to step down from the bench and their votes not counted.
